By using our services, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement and have the authority to engage with our services on behalf of your organization if applicable.

VertexTalent provides consulting and recruitment solutions tailored to client requirements. We invest in talent to drive growth and ensure excellence in service delivery. The specifics of the services provided shall be as agreed upon in the respective service agreements with our clients.

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services.
• Users shall not misuse or exploit the services in any manner that is unlawful or unethical.
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while utilizing our services.

All information shared between the Company and Users shall remain confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. Both parties must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, are the exclusive property of VertexTalent. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from the Company.

Payment for services shall be as agreed upon in the individual service agreements. Late payments may incur penalties, and the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

VertexTalent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at its discretion if a User violates these Terms and Conditions. Users may also terminate their engagement with the Company as per the terms outlined in their specific service agreements.

VertexTalent reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VertexTalent operates.
